Definitely have to wonder if this place was actually great at one time or did the One Bite hype tank the quality? Review follow up 2.9! Do you use a sauce similar to Chef Boy R D? The cheese, so greasy. The flop, o the flop. One way express to the 🚽 Over an hour for a 10' cheese pie. Whats up with the staff carrying ingredients from one side of the place to the other passing through the crowd of eager pickups. I was really excited about this place but ended up getting a cleanse instead. Lets do better!

Great pizza and excellent quality! We ordered a few different personal pizzas so we could try a variety of flavors, and everything was delicious. Our favorite was the Hot Honey Heaven, but the Triple Threat was also amazing. We also tried the Garlic Parmesan wings, cheesesteak, sourdough garlic bread, meatballs, and desserts, and everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for great pizza for takeout or delivery, Grumpy’s is definitely worth trying!

Best sourdough pizza in town — and now I know why everyone is obsessed! 🍕🔥 GRUMPY'S Sourdough Pizza Co. in Saddle Brook is absolutely worth the hype. While we were there, we watched 20–30 orders fly out the door, and after tasting the food, it made perfect sense! From the artichoke pizza and veggie pizza to the cheesy slices, garlic knots, and fried Oreos for dessert, every single bite was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The owners and staff were so kind and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. My favorite part was watching the sourdough being kneaded and the pizzas being made fresh right in front of us. You can truly see the passion and love that goes into every order. If you're a pizza lover, this place is a must-visit!

My friend and I really enjoyed their food, it is just a bummer this spot is a bit of a hike from us. We decided to take a food adventure because we heard Grumpys was a top spot, and they lived up to the hype. They made one pie half margarita and half grandma with pesto, and I got their shrimp and garlic pie. Both of them were really good, but the shrimp pie was my favorite. As you can see in the picture, they throw a good amount of toppings on there, and their garlic crust hits the spot too. The shrimp tasted fresh and not at all bland. This is not one of those places where you skip the crust, every bit of the pizzas were eaten, that is how good they were. While the crust is a little thin for me, I was definitely a fan and would recommend this spot to all pizza lovers. The sourdough makes the pie a bit more unique and I definitely notice the quality taste. I will say this is mainly a takeout spot as they do not really have much of a seating area. If the crust was a little thicker, it would be exactly my style however I am happy with the way they are serving it up. We saw how popular the place was and can definitely see why.
